Download android app outside of Canada

I am a Canadian resident in the UK for a few weeks. I need to download the android Dell voice application, but Google tells me it's unavailable in my country (even though my home country is Canada). Is it possible to get the install file outside of the store?

No need to if you have a rooted phone. Install Market Unlocker, tell it to tell Google Play that you're in Canada and you're good to play. This also lets you get US-only or other country-restricted apps from Google Play.
