can i use my magicjack plus device with callwithus? if yes, what should i do for that?

No, the magic Jack is a locked, proprietary device that will not work with standard SIP carriers like Fongo or callwithus. You need an unlocked SIP ATA device, to use that service.
You can use Google Voice with a Magicjack though. You need to stump $20 for some bridge software though. http://www.pcphonesoft.com/gvjackappdetails.html
