Hope someone can help. I have a strange problem in which my mobile number which I recently acquired in the past 3 to 4 weeks is apparently being used by another DV user as their follow me #. Since this is now my new cell # that I would like to use as my follow me number, the system will not accept it saying it is already being used....how do I get this resolved with DV,
It is possible that number was previuously used by another or former service user ofo urs. In this instance, your best choice would be to call in and speak with a live customer representative for assistance.

Glad to hear it got resolved. What sometimes happens, is OTHER users of the system will set THEIR FM # to YOUR number if they are using their app remotely and away from their usual place of calling --- and then forget to "unset" it ... it can be quite the pain in the donkey, but usually a quick call to CS can get this resolved ... not always the case, but usually!

They don't have a contact number. The best way to contact them is to open a support ticket and then PM it to Fongo Support. See sig for links.
I submitted a note for the support ticket and sent Fongo a PM. However, the PM seems to just sitting in the outbox. I thought I was not doing it properly. I took out the attachment and re-sent. But my message is still sitting there in the outbox.
How do I send the message in the outbox of the "user control panel"? Kind regards.

I guess someone found it in the inbox. You probably did right by resending it. Normally they will pick it up in a couple of hours, but I do know they can get really busy at times.
