Hello,
I have bought the SIP VOIP unlock key a while ago and setup my SIP device and everything works perfectly except the voicemail indicator. I have the Panasonic TGP500B04 SIP cordless phone, I have called FPL tech support and account settings are all good. When someone leaves me a voicemail on FPL, my phone will not tell me there is a voicemail waiting. I have also set it up to send me an email when someone leaves me a msg and that function works fine (I have tried turning the email voicemail off, no change).
Anyone have any suggestions? What setting am I looking for? I've gone through the manual a few times, cant figure it out.
Again everything else works perfectly, just no voicemail waiting indicator...
Thanks!

A lot of SIP devices have a flag/switch/setting in them which allows you to turn MWI Subscription on/off.
Check the configuration page of your SIP device for MWI settings that might have been missed during set-up.
