I tried to set up a Dell Voice account but some weird thing happened with the servers as I was trying to complete the registration process.
After entering my info and pressing "continue" I received an error message stating a server issue had occured.
I did receive an activation email, but it does not work.
When I try to login or change my password I receive messages stating that my account doesn't exist.
When I try to re-register I receive a message stating that my email address is already registered.
So, my email is not recognized when I try to login, but I am prevented from registering it as it is said to already exist.
Please help me get out of this oblivion. Please help me reset my account so that I may complete registration.
Regards,
F

Re: Account stuck in oblivion
You need to call customer service. They should be able to check exactly what happened and sort it out for you.

Re: Account stuck in oblivion
You could always just try another email address.
