Hi, I would like to know if someone knows how to have a better sound when dialing or receiving the call.
There is a noticeable difference when I'm using my regular cell service and dell. How can it be solved?
Thank you,
Low sound

Re: Low sound
I would post this specifically in the Dell Voice > Customer Support sub forum as people answering questions there will be more familiar with the DV software.
What platform are you on? (Android/iOS/Blackberry?)
I'm not familiar with the software on each device, but I would check both the software's settings for volume settings, and the devices settings to see if it has a per-software volume setting.

Re: Low sound
Generally for voip it is best to keep the sound level as low as possible for your comfort. How does the sound that you get differ between your regular cell service and Dell?
On my tablet the sound is relatively low and cannot be adjusted unlike most of the SIP clients that I have. I find the best way to use the Dell client is with a set of ear buds but in general
the sound is OK but the device inconvenient! I think DellVoice must be designed to take over the control of the sound level so there is not much that you can so to actually increase the sound level.
