I'd like to use Dell voice on my Galaxy S3 via the stock phone app. What sip server settings should I use?

In order for you to use a sip client other than the DV app, you need to purchase the config details, which DV no longer sells. You have to sign up with a sister company called freephoneline.

The config file there will cost you 50$, and you will get all the same free calling as with DV, as well as a free number.
