Run on Windows startup check box does not work

I want the freephoneline.ca PC application to start every time I boot my Windows 7 64 bit PC. There is an option in Menu/Settings/Other to enable it but it is not saved when I click Save. I installed the application as Administrator but it does not help.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,
I have also had this problem with Dell Voice for months. The simple workaround
is to create a task to run shortly after startup to fire up your FPL app.
