Hello ... just wanted to mention that that the service is excellent. I tried to place an order for some long distance last night for my mom and the web site says that we had to phone the order in and so I did. Just wanted to know when the online store will be active again ... just not really liking the fact that I had to wait on the phone for 15-20 minutes to make an order. I'm sure I will have to reload ours soon too. THANKS!!!!!
