Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) Problem

Hello again ... I was wondering if someone could help me with a message waiting indicator. Everything was good until a day or 2 ago when my wife notice that the indicator was not coming on when there was a message. There was not "stutter tone." Is everyone experiencing this too? THANKS!!!!!

Not that it helps much, but on the PC softphone (FPL platform), the MWI/voicemail icon does still function, but it takes well over 2 mins from initial program load for it to start it's slow blinking, which is longer than previous.

Perhaps they have done some behind-the-scenes maint which has caused the latest issues?
