Linksys spa2102 no dial tone

I am new to this Viop setup but think I have done everything possible to get a dial tone on my new ata. I set up a new Linksys SPA2102 adapter with my sip file FPL gave me. For a couple of days I had a working phone line both incoming and outgoing. Then FPL has a network outage and since, nothing. I have no dial tone, and calls to my number do not ring thru onto my handline phone.
So I am a pretty teckie guy, I reboot everything, no go.
Search the forum, I can not see any help there that fixes my issue.
Perform a factory reset on my adapter and reload the config in, no go.
bypass my router and plu my linksys into my modem and pc only. no change.
used the same sip settings to set up the second line on my adapter,(it is a 2 line model) so in essence I had 2 lines, each configured with the same sip info. still no go.
I can see on my info page of my adapter, that the Registration state; is registered.
when I call my number, I can see in the info tab my caller info
Call 1 state is ringing
call 1 peer phone is the number I am calling from, etc.

Most of the info I can see indicates I should have no problems. I say most because sometimes the SIP setting on the FPL webpage will properly display my SIP user agent as my Linksys model and sometimes it just says freephoneline. Not sure what that means if anything. Just another piece of the puzzle.
Finally, I recently just asked FPL to port my number over from Bell. not sure if that means anything.
I have attached all my settings to help in the troubleshooting.
Anyone have any ideas?

Got it fixed. Sitting on the couch last night, our cat brings me a piece of wire that it is playing with. Guess it wanted me to play along... The wire was from my ata and phone and goes behind my desk, the cat chewed about a 4 inch chunk out of it. Who would have thought...
