cannot hear caller

In the recent few days, when I answer incoming calls sometimes I cannot hear the callers though the callers can hear me, sometimes it's ok. Outgoing calls are fine. I am using pap2t. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Since you have given no information about your set up (ie. modem, router, configuration done, provider etc) the only thing that I can suggest is that you run STUN (stun.callwithus.com or stun.ekiga.net) and turn on "NAT Mapping Enable" and NAT "Keep Alive Enable". Reboot the router and then the ATA. It might help.

im having the exact same problem, i havent rebooted everything just yet, but did that work for you jensener?
