Box blinking but no voicemail

Box blinking but no voicemail
like my title says, my voip box is blinking indicating voicemail and also when i pick up my phone the dialtone skips a bit indicating voicemail but i dont have any voicemail..... i did this morning which i dont understand why i did because i have an answering machine but apparently earlier today my calls were going straight to voicemail..... but i went on the website and deleted the voicemail, now, maybe 10 hours after its still blinking.... ive already turned the box on and off and still no difference.

I have the same problem, today 17th of September. Got a voice mail, cleared it and it still continues to indicate as such. It has been working for several months now since the last fix, but seems things have gone bad again. Not sure why though! Guess we have to wait and see what is happening.
Update....I spoke to soon! MWI indicator had been on now for 8 hrs today and minutes after I posted this message, it cleared!
Sorry, guess its working now, but perhaps a delay like usual from in the past. It use to clear in like 5-10 mins if not faster.
