Hi,
Recently when I dial *98, istead of asking for password, it goes to the VM voice menu directly. I do have VM password in my FPL account. Anybody else here has the same issue?

Re: No password needed for VM
Hi Dan_D,
I'm setting up my voicemail right now and there are 2 options:
https://www.freephoneline.ca/voicemailSettings
Use password for: remote access only
OR
Use password for: remote and local access
I think that Fongo knows if you are calling from your Fongo number, and if set to 'remote access only', it will not prompt you for your password. If you call into voicemail from a cell phone or a friends phone, then, because Fongo can't tell if it's you or someone else, their system will prompt you for the password. If you want to be prompted no matter what, choose the 'remote and local access' option.
Hope this helps

Re: No password needed for VM
Ah, that really makes scence!I think I forgot the 'used passwork for' option was changed by myself. Thank you very much vantech, and Mike.vantech wrote:Hi Dan_D,
