Cannot make or receive calls.
Phone light on HT701 is not on. Cannot login to 192.168.... to change any settings or anything.

Am now able to make calls but still cannot receive calls. Just had my number ported Monday from Bell.

There have been a few cases of ported numbers not going through. However, i believe in this case it is a matter of just updating the number in your ATA device. If you can not access it through your web browser, try opening up your control panel, clearing the top line ( the shows your path to where you are, looks like an address bar) and try accessing your ATA by typing in the IP address of your ATA there.
