SMS/Message function can not work

SMS/Message function can not work
I purchased three months unlimited SMS/Message services yesterday, but so far this function can not work. It told me that 'The text messaging service is not currently available, or you are not currently subscribed to text messaging....'. When can you resolve this problem? Thanks
