After I registered the account with my iPad, I cannot log on using my other devices (such as Android tablet or windows pc).
I got the following error message:
" Sorry, this account was created with an iOS device and cannot be used on any other device type due to Apple regulations".
Can this issue be fixed ? I want to keep my current account and phone number.

In short, not really.
If you are lucky and a board Staff members wants to do it, they 'might' be able to do it. Generally though no. Once you open an account via an Apple device, it is stuck to just Apple.
If you create it in any other way, then you can use any device you like. It's an Apple thing, not Fongo unfortunately.

Due to Apple restrictions, if you sign up on an apple device, the service can only be used with Apple products. in order to use it on your PC, you would have to delete your account and sign up for a new one on your Pc. Please be aware that you will be given a newly generated number when it happens.
Please be aware that if you have the VoIP unlock key or any long distance credits, they will be lost when you delete your account.
if you speak to a customer srvice representative, they should be able to make the adjustment for you if create a new account from your android phone/pc
