Hi, looking for some help with my FPL service.
I've been using the service for roughly a year. In the last 2-4 weeks or so, we've been experiencing a problem where when we receive an incoming call, the first time we receive a call from that number, we cannot hear the person on the other line, but the can hear us. Strangely, for people who ring us a second time, the call comes through normally.
Not sure why this is happening all of a sudden, but it is certainly a nuisance. Any help?
We are currently running a PAP2T adapter.

Re: Experiencing a strange problem
First go through the procedure that has been given here earlier....
Power down your PAP2, router, modem and any other devices using your network. Wait 5 or 10 minutes and then power up the modem and wait until it is properly connected. Then, power up the router and when that is connected power up the ATA. When the ATA is connected check whether in now works. It if does you likely have a router/ATA configuration problem. If it does work you can turn anything else on the network back on and things will work OK for a while.
For further help you need to give more information such as make/model of you modem, router etc, your provider and connection type, what other devices are on your network.
