Dear Dell Voice. For several days this week, I have tried to place calls using my Dell Voice desktop program. But there is no sound. The Test Connection window says "Server Temporary [sic] unavailable".
What's wrong? When will your server be available?

I'm thinking that must be a false positive error - our server is definitely not unavailable!
Can you provide us some more details on your setup (PC, network and ISP) as well as any troubleshooting you may have tried?

Windows 7 OS, Toshiba Laptop.
Private WiFi broadband networks (at house and work). Before this week, we were able to use Dell Voice.
ISP: Currently traveling (abroad).
