I just bought $5.00 world credits in my dell voice account. I tried to make some calls to china. but it cannot let me.
I checked call logs in my account. It is "Invalid number format (incomplete number)". The number was like 86108402xxxx. any thing wrong with the format? I am very frustrated.

What device are you using to run DellVoice?zttz wrote:I just bought $5.00 world credits in my dell voice account. I tried to make some calls to china. but it cannot let me.

If you did dial the 011 and the device is an ATA that uses a dial plan of some kind it might reject the long international numbers.
