what happened to Fongo
You guys keep call me every none stop after I bought my unlocked key for two weeks
Never leave a message so act like pro so leave the message
I called CS to complaint but did not stop to call me yet
Really pissed me off

There could be any number of reasons we could be calling you and needing to reach you directly. Depending on the nature of the call and if it's someone from a specialized internal team (such as our L3 techs if you had any support issues open) it's often more convenient to reach you directly than to leave a message and have you try to call back and get routed to that team. Some teams work independently of our support centre so calling into the support team and trying to get transferred over isn't necessarily as convenient as us just trying to reach you directly.
I'd suggest answering the call next time we call and speaking with the individual trying to reach you. If they're trying to follow-up on something then they'll likely keep trying until they reach you. Also, if the call is in relation to any sensitive account information then we usually won't leave a message either because we need to confirm we're speaking only with the account holder.

I spoke to CS already and they said no more call but they kept calling me
Already confirm 911 and I said "don't call for promotion" but leave the message at least I know what is it so when I call back then I tell CS
