Issues with 311

Hi, I tried calling my city's 311 service an it didn't work. According to 5-g of the Terms and Conditions, the Service "supports also supports 311 calls where available." Are there any settings I need to configure in order for this to work properly?

Steve: I am having this problem also, Vancouver-based FPL # calling the Vancouver 3-1-1 ... call failing.

FYI, 311 service is not available directly in Montreal thru Fongo home phone.

Instead, I use 514-872-0311.
