While testing, I listened to a voice message I had sent myself. During the interaction with the voice messaging system, the screen blanked out. I could hear the voice messaging system asking me to enter keystrokes, but I couldn't see the screen. Pushing the 'home' key on the iphone showed a Dell voice notification bar (red bar at top) being active and I could still hear the voice messaging system.
But selecting the Dell Voice app showed a blank screen again. Only after the voice messaging system disconnected did the app display the keypad again.
This is version 1.4.0.68 on IOS6 with IPHONE 4

Thanks for the details. Is this an issue that you're able to reproduce consistently, or did it seem like it only happened once and has worked ever since? This will help us narrow down the information needed to hopefully duplicate it here.

This happens on phone call as soon as a connection is made.Toshiba AT100 android
