Server down? July 2 @ 4 EST

is the server down?
tryed to ping voip.freephoneline.ca with no luck
can't even get the software to work

is there other servers that FPL has?

Last two hours I am trying. I tried both Bell and Rogers Internet. Same thing. PAP2 can't login to Server.
Tried Softphone on PC on Both Rogers/Bell and same results.
All I can say is Holy @#$%.
What the status on the servers? Why can't we login? Is it July 1st hangover????

For whatever reason, the server techs decided to do some upgrades without informing the reps. It should only be a problem for a few hours and then the Freephoneline system will be back up again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

how fequent does it go down (for maintenance/or other reasons)?

just trying to get an idea of how dependable this system is
without doing a ping test every 5 min (on a loop)

O and are their other servers beside voip.freephoneline.ca

This is the first time I've seen the entire server go down for maintenance since the company was started last year. I seriously doubt you should ever need to expect things like this.
