Cisco spa112 call display / caller id set up
my call display doesnt seem to be working. I need to know how to change the settings to enable this.

Are you seeing no caller ID at all? Usually, you should see the phone number of the caller or sometimes anonymous. People that you call will probably only see your phone number. FPL/DellVoice services insert you phone number as caller ID whether you like it or not and changes on the ATA make no difference.

The problem is when someone is calling me i dont see anything (no name or no number).

FPL/DellVoice do not do name look up so at most you will only see the calling number (name look up costs money - ~0.8 cent/query retail) , sometimes the calling number twice, sometimes Anonymous and sometimes nothing at all. I gather that it depends on what is sent to FPL/DellVoice by the calling line. In coming voip calls should give you more information including a name if it received but other calls mostly only send the number and the name must be looked up.

i am talking about the phone number. How do i set my settings on my SPA122 SO THAT CAN SEE THE PHONE NUMBER WHO SI CALLING ON MY HANDSET CALL DISPLAY?

You should be seeing the phone number and it seems that this is a know problem that has been fixed in a more recent version of the firmware.

So, check you current firmware version and it it is out of date then you may wish to install the more recent version.

After I updated the firmware my caller display works perfectly.

I was able to get inbound caller ID working with firmware 1.3.5 on the SPA112. However one of my phones wasn't showing caller id. Maybe it's the FSK setting.

The Caller_ID setting for Canada should be "Bellcore North America" or "CID Canada" as per attachment.
