I just realized I posted this in the wrong forum yesterday.
I have a Grandstream HT286 ATA. I would like to know if it is possible to disable hold music, ie when putting call on hold the other caller hears nothing.

I have same an adapter but I've read in the other forum that FPL has on hold music but I did try to ask without reply. Now I read yours. Would you mind telling me how to enable on hold music. Thank you.
