Registraion Phone Number Confirmation

Hello, I tried to register with your website last night and I made it to step 3, phone number confirmation. All my information is correct and I clicked "Call Me Now" and was expecting a call in a few minutes. It has been over 6 hours and still no call Can anyone please help me out? I tried calling customer service and no one is there to take my call. Please help me, thanks.

There are certain numbers that the system seems NOT to call back at all, in specific, certain OTHER VOIP numbers (for example, if you have a DID from another provider, the Fongo system will, for whatever reason, not call it back). If you use a regular landline or cell phone, your odds are much better.

I am not saying that is the case, specifically, but there have been documented cases of not being able to get callbacks on Vonage #'s amongst others.

If you can let me know the first 6 digits of the #, I can see if it is affiliated with carriers that have been known to have some issues.

Of course, try hitting the CALL ME again and see what happens, and if all else fails and you cannot get thru to customer support, you can always send a PM (Private Message -- see user info at RIGHT) to Fongo_Mike or Fongo_Steve...

It eventually did work about 24hrs later, and I was using a number from a different voip provider (voip.ms) as my 'Call Me Now' number. I received an email saying that the number was okay, then when I tried it again I got a call back within 15 seconds.
