all calls to my number are forwarded
I've setup my Grandstream HT701 with the settings as per the document on this Forum after purchasing the VOIP unlock key from FreePhoneLine.ca. It was working fine and I was able to make calls and receive calls. Just recently I installed a SIP app on my iPhone and set it up with the same VOIP login and password as the ATA (HT701). I noticed that calls to my number instead of ringing both lines only run on my iphone app. After uninstalling the app, calls to my line always gets forwarded to my follow me number. I however can still make calls on my ATA. What can I do to get the ATA to be able to receive calls?

Try power cycling the HT-701 ATA. When you connected on the iPhone it would have kicked the HT-701 offline, and when you disconnected the iPhone then it would be sitting with nothing registered until the next re-register attempt from the HT-701 (which is usually every 1hr by default).

Re: all calls to my number are forwarded
As Steve mentioned, registering more than ONE device with the same account (as it seems you are doing) may confuse the the network and have things "fail-over" to the programmed follow-me numbers that you have programmed in, assuming your setting is "Forward when unavail".
Having two (or more) devices competing for the authentication of an account will have them knocking each other offline and calls being forwarded.
When you activate that device, and it re-authorizes (ie placing a call), it will knock the other(s) offline and complete your call.
Does that make sense?
As per Steve, if you are using the setup to use a single number to seek you out and want to use your home ATA when back there, log out of your mobile app, and then force the HT701 to re-authenticate, either with a power cycle, forced call outbound or other activity which will cause the re-auth.
