Hi!
I am actually using a Thomson ST780WL modem with integrated VOIP ATA.
It worked very good with my alarm system.
I changed of internet provider this week end and installed a new modem (Thomson DCM475) and a SPA2102.
I have made the complete setup and the phone is working well.
The unique problem is that with this ATA (SPA2102) my alarm company (Protectron) don't receive the signal of my alarm system.
I know that VOIP works for my alarm system.
I'd like to know if someone knows what i have to modify into my ATA configuration to make it work properly?

I had a similar problem.
My alarm is monitored through reliance protecteron. I phoned them and told them I wanted to cancel my service. They put me through to loyalty and for an additional $3/month and a 3 year contract, they installed a cellular transmitter. Now, I'm paying about $33/mo.
