Help needed!

I am new to Dell Voice. Registered and I've got a number.
No problem to call from this number. Different story if try to call on this number.
1. I have app on iPhone. If I call my Dell number there is no ring. Nothing is going on and the call goes to voice mail.
2. Using desktop application. I can see visual message that the call is coming but again there is no ring.
3. Using desktop. I can't dial any number. It doesn't react to any commands.

Tried to find Dell Voice technical support.
Sounds like there is no one.
Please help.

For iPhone setting
go to DV setting and the preference

call forwarding select never


If u want to do call forwarding set up then log in to your account from www.dellvoice.ca
then follow me number (enter your cell or home phone numbers)

I think you will receive in pdf file on your DV account

so your DV works on your iphone yet?

Yeah, looks like DV works on my iphone now.
It would be also great to receive fax on my number.
Don't know how it works yet.

that's good to hear

like I said early when someone send you a fax to your DV, ask them to let you know first so that way you don't answer your iPhone

DV will let you know that you have a voicemail with PDF file with that mean you need to log in to your account and download that pdf file to your computer and view it

The system is set up that if it detects fax tones, it will attempt to receive the fax.

However, seeing as #'s and accounts are free, why not just set up a second account for getting faxes? That is what I have done at my end ...
