User login issue

User login issue

I'm trying to login to my account in order to prepay some long distance. I does not recognize my email address or password.
I've even used the forgotten password link and it says my email address isn't valid. I don't have to state the obvious that it is valid and and correct.
Also because it's Sunday I can't call them. Any thoughts?
