Hearing The Key Tone During Conversation

I used FPL using ATA box, and during the conversation. Many people told me that sometimes they heard the key tone from my side. They reported that they heard the sound just like if I pressed on the key number. But i never pressed any key on my phone.?? Anyone have the same trouble? Or anyone have any suggestion to fix this problem?
My ATA is Linksys PAP2. Any help is very appreciated.
