I just tried to take and make a call using the Dell Voice application in Windows XP and had a problem. They called me, it rang and I answered but then I could hear nothing. However, the application said it was "On Call" like it normally does and the timer ran. I then tried to call them and it did the same thing, they picked it up but we could not hear anything. I also decided to try my voicemail and the normal message asking for my password could not be heard. Also, I called myself using Google Voice and this did not cause Dell Voice to ring and it did not even go to voicemail.
I recently upgraded the Java JRE to 7, then realized this caused problems with Dell Voice and rolled back to 6. I did this a few days ago and in the meantime I checked my messages and that worked fine though I had not made or received any other calls. Is anyone else currently having a problem? Or is it just me?

I just tried it again and now I am able to check my messages but Dell Voice no longer seems to notify me that a call is being made. The phone that dialed my number just rang and rang and rang.
