I am curious as to why toll free numbers can't be dialed out, but calling across the country is not a issue?
I should note that when I first got my account, I actually was able to dial toll free numbers but it stopped working a couple of weeks ago.

Toll free calling works with FPL, it was the dial plan -- I believe you called in and someone (or me) explained it to you.
