Cannot Complete Purchase

Bought $5 world credits via Dellvoice.ca website
Tried buying $1.99 CDN text in the "Add-on Features"
Prompted "Cannot Complete Purchase" - "Sorry your transaction was not processed. The purchase will attempt to complete the next time the app is started"
Restarted iPad multiple times, same problem. (using iPad 3, iOS 5.1, via Wifi)

I had that on 2 of the iPods my daughters have. I just waited 30 seconds and then the account finally caught up with itself and showed a payment complete message. Just leave the app open for a bit and see if it completes, if you have already done that then the only other thing I can suggest is calling in and trying to get hold of a CSR to see what might be going on. I would suggest to PM fongo_mike or fongo_steve, but I am not sure if they can go anything - might be worth doing just in case though.

611 from you DV phone. But good luck getting someone to help, support is not that supportive when it comes to things like this unfortunately. The should be the contact numbers on their site but 611 should get you there.

Okay called 611, and the rep told me the $5.00 world credit went to a balance pool for international calls, I thought the "world credit" was like a prepaid balance I have to top up before buying the $1.99 Txt package O_O

Ah OK. The way I read your post is that you wanted the world credits and the text package. I ruled out your credit card for the reason you couldn't buy the text package as you said you just bought world credits.

At least you know what's what now, and you managed to get hold of someone to help :)

problem still unresolved :(
I paid for the $5 world credit via Dellvoice.ca website - online store.
in iOS app it doesn't let me to buy the world credit or txt package or anything else, it doesn't prompt me to a page where you would enter credit number and stuff at all. Just a "Cannot complete purchase" message dialog. I tried to look through all the account settings, I can't find anywhere to enter credit card numbers ???

The credits will be bought through the app store, so your credit card details have to be entered in your itunes account.
