Fongo phone SIP account password.

Hi,
I recently purchased a fongo phone adaptor. After installing the adapter, I am able hear the dial tone from the phone but an able to make any phone calls or receive any calls. Everytime I made a calls, I keep getting a voice message " That password is not valid".
I received a email from Fongo phone customer support that my SIP account password has been updated and I need to log in to my fongo account to find my update SIP account password.
Does anyone knows how to find out the SIP account password from fongo support website?

I don't know exactly as I don't have Fongo Home Phone, but it looks like you would log in here https://www.fongo.com/home-phone/login/

If it is like the other online admins there should be a SIP setting tab you would need to navigate to.

If this is wrong, maybe someone who has Fongo Home Phone can let us all know where the settings are.

When you are logged into the website, you can find your SIP credentials. you will just need to log into your ATA and update (make usre to press on update, and then press reboot in the ATA configuration)
