can no longer check account on chrome?

hey, i dont know if im the only one but the last week or 2 i have not been able to check my account on google chrome. i get the following error:

SSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

is anyone else getting this error on chrome? i can access my account just fine on explorer but im not a fan of explorer and was just curious as to why this has suddenly started to happen? it happens on both my laptop and desktop.

Hey killerjay,

Have you tried deleting your browser cache and history? My account has been working fine on Chrome during the timeframe noted. I know that a lot of other forum users use Chrome as well, and I haven't seen any other complaints about this error.

yes i deleted all history and cache and im still getting the same error

for others experiencing the same problem i had, i figured out the problem... its a bug in one of the updates from my virus scanner eset nod 32.. there was an update that messes with the ssl certificates and it would stop most of them.
