Cannot send text messanges even when I have subscription

Hi all,

Is text messenging working at the moment? I tried messaging but it says
"The text messaging service is not currently available, or you are not currently subscribed to text messaging..."
Anyone else having this problem? or is the system down?

EDIT: I can Call out / Receive call over my Data/Wifi, but not texting (failed both data/wifi)
EDIT 2 : I have a 604 number, but failed to send to any 604/778, or 519/226 number (Canada-wide)
EDIT 3 : I am using Android's Dell voice
EDIT 4 : When I receive a message, it says that it's a text-to-landline message.... did Fongo made a mistake and port my number as a landline???
EDIT 5 : SMS was working before I port my number to Fongo

Thanks Mike, I just tried moments ago, and it's still failing..
I tried reinstalling the application, restarted device, and still not helping...

Also to mention is that I tested texting before I port my number to fongo, but after I ported ny number it stopped working.
I also called customer service moments ago and they refer me to the forum..
Then I tried my account on my friend's device (also galaxy s3), but it has the same issue... I suspect this issue is account bounded.

So any help would be appreiciated :)

The ported number issue is something we have seen. Please PM me your number (and a link to this thread)

Hi , I also have the same problem with sms after I ported my number.
I already pm Fongo_mike.
