I don't know what's going on with Fongo customer support! I was just hung up on TWICE in two consecutive calls.
I called in to request help in troubleshooting my line (see other posts to see my history of trouble with Fongo Home Phone). I was requesting a replacement ATA to test if that is the issue. Both times when the representative put me on hold to being that process of sending out a new ATA, the line went to a busy signal and never came back on.
I am shocked at the service I have received from this company. How can you build a customer base when you treat them this way?

Can you PM me the time you called at, the name of the agent you spoke to and then umber you called from please? It's possible that these were dropped calls, but we will investigate.
