Can't receive calls.

My son-in-law just obtained the Dell App and set up a new account. He called me at my Dell voice number and both of us have exchanged app to app texts. The problem is I cannot call him on his new number which is in the 343 exchange, the same as me. When I call from my IOS device the call just drops and when I call on my Bell account, I get a recording that my account balance is insufficient to call to that destination. Both of us are currently in Florida and I am able to place calls to anyone else but to his number.

Does it take a while to have a new number registered with Fongo before incoming calls can be accepted??

The only thing I can suggest is to either try and get some kind of action from calling a CSR, or PM fongo_mike with a link to this thread and your number and ask him to look to see if you account is set up right.

delete DV app and reboot your device

and download the app back
