I was wondering if anybody could help me with this issue. I believe it's hardware related but I'll inquire to see what anybody thinks.
At random times, calls will be dropped and I believe it's due to the PAP2T ending up in resetting or power cycling as indicative by it's power lights.
When the drop occurs, the PAP2T's green power light may reappear as red and then the entire row lights green while power light is orange...then the unit functions normally once the power, ethernet and line 1 are lit.
Is my assumption right in that this unit is defective and I'll need to replace it?

It may not be the device itseld, it might be the power source. Try plugging into a different power outlet or power bar.
If you have another power adapter (checking that the voltage and amps output is the same as the one native to the device are the same first) try using it.
