Blackberry Torch 9810 No Audio

I downloaded and installed the Dell Voice software which indicates it supports this device. I called my office number which rang, however, I have no audio (sound or voice) from my BB. I then called my BB from my office and I got an alert, but I still had no audio. I have tried this using both wifi and my mobile carrier (Virgin). Can you please help?
