Linksys Router causing intermittent call issues

hi all,

plugged into my cable modem directly, my FPL works properly..
however, when plugged into my router, the phone works intermittently ... sometimes outgoing and incoming works and other times it doesnt...
any suggestions on what to change on my router?

Linksys E1200
Grandstream HT701

i have tried with SIP ALG enabled and disabled with same results...
