Useless Tech Support/Can't Update City

Well I tried to change my 911 address information, and it lets me pick everything but the city. I guess it tries to fill it in for you with the are code, but it's so buggy and NEVER works. Can't you guys just let us input our own information, do you really think that we are that incompetent? Why do you insist on filling out our city. To top it all off it took me forever to get a hold of someone when I called tech support, the lady said she would change everything and even asked me how to spell the city then verified the spelling by reading it back to me. Still.. nothing.... My city is still the same and I don't know what to do to change it, im seriously at a loss. Please anyone can you help me?

No I still can't change anything. Can't change the area code or city, the only thing I can change is my name. Please fix this issue asap. I believe this is also the reason I couldn't purchase a sip unlock key due to the fact my profile information didn't match my credit card information. You guys are loosing money because of this stupid simple bug that should have been fix weeks ago. I will not purchase a sip unlock key until this issue is resolved. Thanks.

so far, all others having had this issue are now able to change it.
