Just because your speed is decent enough for VoIP, it doesn't mean the connection quality is good, especially with the complaints I've heard about TekSavvy.

Do the VoIP test located here: http://myspeed.visualware.com/indexvoip.php and report your Jitter and Packet Loss numbers, as well as your overall MOS.

I use Teksavvy cable and the test comes out just fine for me.
