How to findout username

Post by da1 »

Hello there,

Since i've signed up, I've not had to use my username for logging into the dell voice app on my BlackBerry 9860, however I've just recently done a software upgrade, and can't seem to find my user name, i can request a password but I cannot login because my username is not correct.....anybody know how to request the username again?

The username should be the email address you signed up with.

Thanks for the response 'Jake', I tried using the email address as well but still getting 'Authentication failed: wrong username or password'. Keep in mind that i actually go and click forget password, and have reset the password as well.

Any other suggestions?

Have you tried downloading the softphone app and logging in with that? This would eliminate your phone as being the cause of the problem.

Yes. This way if there is a problem with your phone connecting it won't effect you being able to connect with your desktop softphone.

You can login online can't you?
