When I got this app, calling us and canada was free, now they charge without giving notice, even worse, they charge connection fees which nobody does today.
My phone calls got dropped many times, is that a way fongo can collect more connection fees?
Thinking about leaving, there are so many google voice apps with free calls to us and canada.

Fongo has never given free calls to the US, and most of Canada is free with no connection charges.

At the beginning of Dell Voice, calling US was free, I tried for a while and liked it, so I deposited a few bucks in my account for other long distance calling. I do not call US a lot, it was about 2 month ago, I noticed my account was charged for calling US, and Fongo charges connection fees, which is like a joke. I tried to contact Fongo, there is no way, not even email, for us to contact them. This forum is the only place we can make our complain.
The calling quality became so bad, I used to be able to talk for an hour without issue, but now, one call can not last more than 20 minutes before it gets dropped.

The long distance connection fee is a very minimal 4C and is stated on our long distance page. A lot of competing long distance carriers can charage upwards of 25C+ for connection fees, so we consider this to be highly competitive.
