Need help! After setup in obi110, can not call out.

I just bought my unlock key and set it up in my OBI110. Now I can receive call but can't call out. After dial number, it is said: rejected by service provider, the reason is 4-0-0. My sip1 is GV, sio2 is FPL as primary line. GV is no problem to call and receive. Anybody can tell me what is going on? Thanks.

I would suggest you double check the account number and password that you entered in. Make sure you have included the initial 1 on your account number, and watch out for some of the letters and numbers in the password, 1 and l and I can look very similar in some fonts, as can 0,o, O.

Thanks Jack. I input my username and password with copy/paste. Also it is said Registered. I received the unlock key email with usename, password and Realm. The Realm is sip.fongo.com not voip.freephoneline.ca I tried bothof them and all can registered. If the password is not correct, can I still receive call in?

Instead of using copy/paste, try typing in the information manually. In a lot cases, when you copy paste, it will add a space at the begining or the end.

If it is not the correct password, it will not work.
