Billing issue

I called Bell Canada Internet tech support in Montreal (local call 310-SURF) and have been billed for a long distance call to California.

This number can be called from any phone without dialing the area code 514 (7 digits 310-7873). There is another Bell number that can be dialed similarly for home phone service (310-BELL).
