can not connect

Today all of a sudden my Obi202 can not connect to FPL while it still keep connects to other service providers such as Google Voice, voip.ms, and Callcentric. I restarted several times but still it's not working.

The box returns error message:
Register Failed: No Response From Server
(server=208.65.240.165:5060; retry in 0s)
I didn't change the settings for several months, and the settings are like the following:

Code: Select all

Service Provider Proxy Server & Outbound Proxy Server: voip.freephoneline.ca
Service Provider Proxy Server Port & Outbound Proxy Server Port: 5060
user and pwd: 1xxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyy
I guess it's the correct configuration?

Hi meokey,

This is likely to do with the configuration in your device.

In regards to moderators commenting, please keep in mind this is an official support system and that the forums are more of a community driven project. As stated in the forums rules, moderators tend to respond when they believe it is directly related to Fongo service and not hardware or home set-up.

Hi Mike,

Thanks a lot for reply.

As I stated in my first post, I didn't change the configuration for months, and suddenly it stopped working. I also tried to restart several times and still not working. However, my OBi202 is still working with other service providers such as Google Voice, voip.ms and another one.

I tried to set up on my Android phone, and I still can not make a call via FreePhoneLine. I installed desktop software, the software makes local calls but no international calls.

Based on these facts, I don't think it's related to my hardware or home set-up. But if you find anything in the log file of your server side that indicates incorrect configuration, please let me know. I'm using the same email address in the forum as account with FreePhoneLine.

My phone is back to work this afternoon. I didn't nothing on the network and phone adapter though. Anyway, I'm glad it's back to work, appreciate what you may did to fix the problem, but am not satisfied with FreePhoneLine's technical support.
